Children Sing Christmas Story of "Follow the Star" for the Sunday Worship Hour
The Children’s Christmas Program on Sunday, December 19th played to a packed house. The Cherub Choir encouraged the congregation to “Come On, Ring Those Bells.” The combined Children’s Sunday School Sang “Follow the Star.” The smiles on the children’s faces were outnumbered only by those in the congregation. A Blessed Christmas moment was enjoyed by all.
On Wednesday at Youth Club, each child received a DVD recording of their Christmas Program to watch at home and share with family. Thanks to all the leaders who worked with our delightful children: Ruth Stoakes, Jane beers, Barb Antoine, Ann Robinson, Sara DeBeer, Shari Moerke, and all who helped with costumes. Blessed Christmas!

SUNDAY WORSHIP ON DECEMBER 12TH was CANCELED
Recent blizzard conditions in SW Minnesota led to the cancellation of ALL Sunday activities on December 12th. Wind chills, gusts, drifting, white-outs, and slippery conditions are a dangerous time for travel in city or country. Folks were encouraged to stay home, stay safe, observe a day of worship and rest at home. Please. practice safety, especially, in winter weather. Two Christmas Eve Services – 5PM & 7PM

The Session has approved two Christmas Eve Services of Candles, Carols and Communion at 5PM and 7PM.
The large attendance at past Christmas Eve Services has caused people to sit in the hall where they were not really a part of the congregation in worship. Session has approved holding two almost identical services of Candles, Carols and Communion. Different special music will be presented at both 5PM and 7PM. Anyone wanting to present special music, please speak with our Music Director, Barb Antoine
Come join the celebration to the Glory of God on Christmas Eve.
Nativity Scene

Nativity figures are memorial gifts in memory of Barb Monroe, Richard Christianson, Nicholas Sehr, Sheryl Schrick, Grace Loger, and Vangie Golla.
Our Nativity scene is placed in a stable that was built by Floyd and Mary Kraetsch and Terrie Gulden. The figures in the set are the result of donations made in memory of Barb Monroe, Richard Christianson, Nicholas Sehr, Sheryl Schrick, Grace Loger, and Vangie Golla. We appreciate these memorial donations and pray that the beauty of this display will add to the celebration of the birth of our Lord.
